   As a Franchise People Strategy Business Partner, I contribute to initiatives that enhance Franchisee employee recruitment, retention, and overall satisfaction within the Right at Home Network. My role involves gathering input from Franchisees and corporate stakeholders, conducting research to identify best practices, and developing project plans to improve the employee experience. I collaborate effectively with Franchisees, manage pilot programs for new initiatives, and oversee the administration of existing people strategy programs. Additionally, I conduct competitor research, assist with training and integration of new programs, and track key project milestones. My work supports Right at Home’s mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
