ABOUT BROOKE FIGG

I am a Sales Engineer at ImageTrend, where I partner with Hospital systems, Fire services, and EMS agencies to deliver innovative data solutions, streamline operations, and provide ongoing support that empowers clinicians to focus on what matters most—serving their patients.My career began in EMS, where I served as an EMT at Texas A&M EMS and later as an In-Charge Paramedic at Montgomery County Hospital District (MCHD) in Texas. Within just one year, I earned promotion to In-Charge, received both the 2021 Rookie of the Year and Attendant Paramedic of the Year awards, served as a paramedic preceptor and field training officer, and founded the MCHD Wellness Corps, an initiative dedicated to supporting provider mental health and well-being.Before MCHD, I built a strong foundation at Texas A&M University, earning my B.S. in Sociology with a focus on healthcare disparities and reproductive justice. At Texas A&M Rec Sports, I thrived as a group fitness instructor was recognized as the 2019 Fitness Instructor of the Year.Across every role—whether in the field, the classroom, or now in healthcare technology—my passion has remained the same: advancing systems that strengthen providers, improve patient outcomes, and make a lasting impact on the Fire and EMS communities.
