Brooke Heym is the founder and CEO of GFR Enterprises LLC, a coaching, consulting, and cleaning company specializing in relationships and communications, outsourced operations and management, and commercial and residential cleaning. In her late twenties, Brooke made a choice to take back her power and her life and she has spent more than a decade on a journey of research, growth, and teaching. She has developed courses and content that have benefited people around the world in overcoming trauma, guilt, and shame.
