Brooke has extensive experience moving traditional infrastructures to leading edge cloud technologies while also rapidly transforming Technology organizations. She has a talent for finding the right people to build diverse teams for high performance. She is leading industry efforts to utilize data in ways that not only inform better decision making, but that can also transform the way business is delivered. Brooke has experience with taking leading edge technologies in the cloud to deliver insights using multiple data inputs and putting it through heavy analytics. Under her guidance, her teams are using IoT data, AI, ML, Data Lakes, and additional cutting-edge technologies to provide business success in unforeseen areas. While serving on the Executive Committee for the AEC industry she is leading all firms to drive innovation elevating the entire industry. Her passion for leadership is shown through the active role she plays in mentorship and various leadership development programs.

   As the chair for the executive committee and founding member of the Innovation Design Consortium, my responsibilities are for leading the 40+ founding and member firms to work together for the purpose of technological industry change and disruption. My role is to present at industry and innovation conferences, lead the IDC steering committee and executive committee, participate in board meetings, and overall ensure the future of the IDC is strong and impactful.
