About Brooke Bowles
I am a seasoned nonprofit CEO with the demonstrated ability to grow people and organizations. With an eye for performance improvement and the unique combination of \"people skills\" and business acumen, I can develop new initiatives or successfully execute on established goals. My experience over the past 20+ years reveals passion for the people I serve, and the ability to innovate, renew, and build organizations. As the Founder of Triumph Services, I created a nationally recognized model to address the unmet needs of adults with developmental disabilities. Triumph Services opened in 2007 with an initial client base of 16 individuals. By 2019, with a proven model and relationships across Alabama, Triumph had served 500+ clients and developed physical locations in Birmingham and Montgomery. In addition to the growth in clientele, Triumph\'s model is now a training curriculum used by similar nonprofit organizations. Built upon this strong foundation, Triumph continues to thrive. As the Interim CEO of Impact America, I led an organization that had experienced significant loss in the separation of its Founder. With careful consideration and respect for this loss, I built rapport with employees and AmeriCorps Volunteers. Ultimately, I was able to create a culture built on role clarity, personal and professional development, and momentum for the future. This culture shift led to an increase of employee satisfaction by 68%. Additionally, during my eight month tenure at Impact America, individual donations increased by 40%. As the Assistant to the President at BSC, my focus is to learn from the President, a highly successful leader, and to create value in any areas of need for the college. Examples of this include a pivotal role in securing all eligible COVID-19 funding and leading a team of twelve certified contact tracers who have successfully kept students healthy and safe on campus. In conclusion, I am eager to use my relationship skills, my ability to think strategically, and my emphasis on successful outcomes in a nonprofit leadership position.
