As a member of the EDI Committee at Axonify, you become an integral part of a cross-functional group of employees led by the People & Culture team. Serving as an advisory council member, the committee upholds the belief that diversity contributes to the richness of our culture and the depth of our ideas. Our unwavering dedication lies in fostering an inclusive workplace that celebrates the uniqueness of individuals, enables them to reach their full potential, and ensures they feel valued as members of our community. The primary objective of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) program is to embody EDI principles within Axonify and establish connections with individuals who are often underrepresented. By driving knowledge and behavior change, we aim to promote inclusivity and bridge gaps.
