   As Community Manager at Loom, I serve as the primary point of contact for tenants—supporting their day to day needs, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming, collaborative environment. I cultivate meaningful relationships with local organizations, creatives, and entrepreneurs to build a vibrant and connected community.I manage internal communications, maintain and distribute a shared events calendar, and help connect tenants with resources and opportunities to support their growth. I also assist with tenant recruitment, focusing on innovators in arts, tech, science, and advanced manufacturing.In addition, I manage strategic partnerships and collaborate with aligned organizations to co-produce or support events hosted at Loom. I provide on site coordination to ensure smooth execution and strengthen our community impact.
