In this role, I bridge the gap between field and office, compliance and culture, vision and execution. I work cross-functionally with senior leadership, trade experts, and council stakeholders to create structure, accountability, and upward mobility for our national workforce. Responsibilities include- Lead the development of licensing support systems for MEP professionals across all states, ensuring compliance, clarity, and career progression- Serve as primary point of contact for all state and trade licensing inquiries, including exam pathways, CEU requirements, and application assistance- Coordinate strategic council initiatives, managing task trackers, scheduling, follow-through, and executive visibility- Partner with field leadership to design and support grid visits and on-the-ground talent engagement efforts- Capture and synthesize meeting insights into clear decision memos, action plans, and follow-up frameworks for leadership teams- Maintain engagement and attendance data across councils to inform operational effectiveness and strategic alignment- Act as a bridge between executive leadership, legal, people experience, and operations, with a focus on speed, clarity, and emotional intelligence
