PK was acquired by Concentrix.• Partner with Catalyst Immigration team to complete necessary Perm Processing Interviews. Ensure these take place in a timely manner and with correct documentation• Partner with Immigration team in getting appropriate offers for individuals coming from offshore to onsite.• Run weekly meetings covering current demand with the Delivery teams for Transportation Vertical• Ensure any updates on position volume, job description, interviews and timelines are documented in the system• Responsible for aligning criticality to requisitions and providing weekly updates on status, roadblocks and general market conditions• Help align L1 interviewers • Work closely with Delivery teams to add new interviewers for various skillsets within specific accounts• Work with internal teams to increase utilization of current employees.•Part of multiple task forces to create general SOP and best practices as team shifted to Workday including: Interview scheduling, offer letter/recaps, general note taking and contractor work flow tool.
