ABOUT BROOKE SWAIN

I currently work with the Director\'s of the departments to set the overall strategy for profitable growth through candidate acquisition and retention and is primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities of their team achieving positive results. I collaborative with other leaders throughout the organization to monitor changing industry needs, implement innovative technological updates, and at the forefront of leading training and development for the department, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory mandates. I lay the foundation and mentor new hires who start their career as Recruiters or Interns and work to successfully teach them the foundational items of the profession with a goal of helping them to successfully achieve growth to an Account Manager position. For those individuals on this career path, I focus on coaching those individuals to achieve the desired results to earn promotion to an Account Manager within their first 100 days of employment with the organization. Second, for individuals who chose a career path as a long-term Recruiter, I\'m responsible for the long-term oversight, coaching and development of those individuals. I focus on setting metrics and coaching individuals to continually source top talent to the organization.
