I have pretty much always worked at Big Ed\'s BBQ part time. Throughout high school, college, between jobs, and as a second job. I have had various duties in the kitchen, food running and setting up food. Duties out on the floor, hosting, seating tables, answering phones, and taking small to large catering orders. As well as, bartending, making various mixed drinks, serving customers food and drinks at the bar, and stocking. Also, Serving tables food and drinks. I feel at Big Ed\'s I have learned how to deal with customers and gained great customer service skills.
