ABOUT BROOKE SCHERBA

As an experienced HR professional, I drive strategic alignment between people programs and business objectives. With over 6 years of HR expertise, I specialize in designing and executing impactful company-wide Leadership Development initiatives, while continuously refining programs to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. My experience spans across a wide range of HR functions, including 360-degree reviews, DE & I programs, employee relations, talent mobility, and compensation strategies for both exempt and non-exempt employees. I am passionate about creating and implementing strategies that not only attract top talent but also cultivate an environment where high performers are nurtured and challenged to reach their full potential. I hold the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation, further underscoring my commitment to delivering innovative HR solutions that support organizational growth.On the more personal side: I love spending time in the mountains or at the beach, hiking with my dog and traveling to new places. I strive to always be learning new skills and am currently taking Italian language classes!
