I am an attorney, business partner, and human resources professional with an intense passion for simplifying the lives of HR professionals and enriching the employee experience. Bottom line first: I have 18 years of experience in HR, ERISA and DEI. I\'ve won some, and I\'ve lost some. I understand what it is to provide practical, actionable initiatives and roll outs to employers because I\'ve done it in-house, had to live with, monitor and evolve those initiatives to provide the best outcomes.
