About Brooke Miller
My love for travel led me to my first degree in International Business Management with a concentration in Latin American studies. After working in the airline industry for several years, my drive for continuous learning led me to seek a second degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Security. Today I work as a Data & Analytics Consultant, helping clients achieve strategic and operational goals. I have experience wrangling data from various sources and creating executive facing dashboards that tell a story. I have strong experience with SQL, Oracle, Netezza, Cloud, Tableau, Looker and many other technologies. I have obtained my CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification, the Certified AWS Data & Analytics Specialty certification and the SnowPro Core certification from Snowflake.I am a proud representative of Females in Technology! I am so happy to see the number of women in tech growing, and served as a member of the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF). I co-hosted a few cyber security related episodes on the EWF NextExec podcast.My passion to make an impact is what motivates me! I have volunteered with many organizations, including Techie Club, which gives equal access to technology and skills for K-12 students at underprivileged schools. I am also very passionate about the environment and sustainability, and participate in various Green initiatives.
