PK was acquired by Concentrix.May 2024- Sr Manager• Responsible for: Transportation, Platforms, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, Energy Accounts as the TABP - running weekly meetings for each area• Current tools: DataPeople (DEI tool), RecruitCx, LinkedIn, Dice, Workday as HRIS• Team size of 3-7 direct reports in different geos• Work with business units on strategic revenue sources and how TA team should be spending time- pipelining for VMS roles, etc.• Identifying key players to improve efficiency and establish ownership of business processes• Partner with Concentrix Immigration team to complete necessary Perm Processing Interviews. Ensure these take place in a timely manner and with correct documentation. Built out basic job descriptions to use for perm processing applications. Send out offers for individuals coming from offshore to onsite.• Responsible for aligning criticality to requisitions and providing weekly updates on status, roadblocks and general market conditions• Part of multiple task forces to create general SOP and best practices as team shifted to Workday including: Interview scheduling, offer letter/recaps, general note taking, sub-contractor work flow tool, automating Workday onboarding tasks for North America. • Schedule own interviews with our designated screeners for requisitions.• Account Management responsibilities for transportation vertical including follow up on submissions from recruitment team to client, data integrity, some client communications (Nov 2022 – 2023)• Assisted in creation of new processes as Account Manager left- split responsibilities with offshore/delivery team and myself• Create internal processes for to ensure compliance with Vendor Management office and client alignment/onboarding• Team recruits for: Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, SAP roles, Project/Program Managers, Directors, Data/ETL Engineers
