Brooke Loughrin is Chief of Staff for Microsoft’s Cloud+AI Health & Life Sciences division, partnering with strategy, product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver integrated healthcare experiences that enhance the clinician–patient relationship, improve outcomes, and expand access to care. Brooke previously founded and led the Global Health Access research and incubation program in Microsoft Research’s Health Futures organization, which carries responsibility for the company’s longest-horizon research and incubation bets in healthcare and life sciences, and has held strategy, planning, and business management roles across Microsoft’s health and life sciences research and engineering teams. She came to Microsoft from Deloitte, where she managed engagements with clients in global health and development.Brooke received her MBA from University of Washington and her BA from Boston College. During her undergraduate career as a Presidential Scholar, she was selected by Ambassador Susan E. Rice to serve as the first-ever U.S. Youth Observer / Delegate to the United Nations.
