ABOUT BROOKE KRAFT
I have a passion for working with people that has led me to pursue a career in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. There will always be a need for people to work; however, work should not simply be a means to an end. My educational experience lies in the study of organizational culture and an engaged workforce. My understanding of EEOC statutes, talent acquisition, and corporate social responsibility, among other skills, gives me an eclectic and cross-functional knowledge base. I don’t believe that we, as individuals, ever stop learning from the people with whom we surround ourselves which makes diversity in life and work essential. I strive to continue to evolve and am always open to new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills even further.
