I have over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong focus on federal and regulatory compliance, as well as loan origination software. I have successfully implemented and integrated various systems and tools, such as TPO Connect, KensieMae Utility Tools, nCino, and CRM\'s, to optimize the workflow and performance of the Encompass platform.My mission is to provide technical direction and support in the development of processes and workflows in the use of Encompass, and to collaborate with the 360 team and business stakeholders to understand their needs and coordinate new projects and implementation requests.
