I lead Bain\'s Global Recruiting Marketing CoE (center of excellence), supporting Talent Acquisition efforts across the firm\'s various talent populations and its 65+ offices. We aim to maintain Bain\'s incredible employer brand, while innovating marketing content and channel strategy for optimal recruit engagement. We work closely with global firm leadership to improve our people strategies and build an optimal pipeline of future Bain talent.I manage a global, cross-functional team of experts in areas of digital marketing, analytics, project managers for global campaigns and programming, brand and marketing asset development, email marketing, and talent partnerships. I collaborate with firm leadership, employees and recruiting teams across our 65+ offices to initiate and execute awareness, brand building and pipeline building efforts to meet the firm\'s highest level recruiting goals. My team supports local recruiting teams in all global offices in a myriad of recruiting marketing efforts and campaigns related to recruiting a wide variety of talent types. We oversee planning and execution of large-scale, global campaigns and programming across multiple channels.We are directly responsible for developing the underlying global employer value proposition and translating to a digestible message. We train our global TA teams and Bainies on how to deliver message in both words and actions (i.e. advise recruiting teams on marketing efforts that align with our brand).I have a Bain consulting (client-side) background in US and EMEA, as well as investment banking and private equity investing experience and an HBS MBA. I have 8 years of talent acquisition and recruiting marketing experience, including designing and building Bain\'s recruiting marketing capability (expertise and processes) into a global CoE.
