Things I’m proud of (and passionate about) in my work:+ The comprehensive (re)branding project and public awareness of place that was established at the Silver Falls Smith Creek Village (Silver Falls State Park). The lodging and restaurant saw unprecedented growth as a direct result of our business’s stewardship there from 20••••24.+ Long history of successful work in marketing, particularly in the outdoor tourism, recreational, luxury camping and boutique hospitality industry.+ My own individual contributions in setting industry•wide standards for glamping in Joshua Tree and catalyzing the broader luxury•camping community, beginning in early 2017.+ In all of my work, I am seeking ways to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion, & the extremely transformative value of intersectional collective benefit.+ I posses the ability to use effective problem solving through a team-oriented mentality.+ I utilize leadership that focuses on the human need to be listened to, and seen for who we are.+ My vivacious and confident demeanor while executing service that may otherwise be challenging during high-stress situations.+ I am known for being highly adaptable in any work environment.+ My original business is named after our dog, Boulder, because we saw a need for comfortable outdoor spaces that accommodated our WHOLE family— getting outside with my husband and dogs is a core part of my lifestyle. 🦋 Boulder’s Hideaway Co, my original company has been rebranded to an outdoor advocacy and digital media collective, that offers glamping consulting and curated local guides for raising awareness of public spaces. Silver Falls Hospitality is NO LONGER hosting guests inside of Silver Falls State Park, Oregon at the Smith Creek Village- we operated there from May 2021 through October 2024. I am also open to accepting STR marketing consult clients with the need for a Co•host, and am open to collaborative brand partnerships.
