About Brooke Coppock
With over 24 years in healthcare, I’ve worn a lot of hats—and probably all of them during a 12-hour shift. From unit secretary to ER nurse, supervisor, educator, and now Manager of Clinical Services at Medical Solutions, my journey has been grounded in one thing: servant leadership.Most of my clinical roots are in the Emergency Department, where I thrived under pressure, led with compassion, and earned honors like the Daisy Award and Iowa ENA’s Frontline Nurse of the Year. Today, I lead a team of talented RNs who support both clients and clinicians across the country. We focus on performance improvement, interview coaching, retention strategies, and Joint Commission readiness—partnering with facilities of all sizes and types, from critical access hospitals to large urban Level 1 trauma centers.What drives me? Building strong teams, creating systems that work smarter (not harder), and supporting healthcare clinicians the way they deserve to be supported.
