Grief & Loss practicum placement with Circle of Care at East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC), co-facilitating trauma-informed peer support groups for children, teens, and adults navigating loss. Provide culturally responsive group facilitation and psychoeducation that support emotional regulation, connection, and community. Engage in social work case management to support families and caregivers with resource navigation, advocacy, and care coordination. Work closely with families to strengthen resilience and adaptive coping through shared experience and relational support, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create safe, inclusive spaces where grief is named, carried, and supported across developmental stages.
