I provide consultative guidance and full cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment for entry-level to senior level positions for award winning restaurants (up to 3 Michelin stars), boutique hotels, luxury resorts, independent grocers, QSRs and other full service restaurants. My role includes networking, outreach, screening, interviewing, writing job descriptions, coordinating schedules, credential checking, collecting pre-employment requirements, and supporting the onboarding of new employees (up to offer)-Panelist for the James Beard Food Foundation in conjunction with the Queer Food Foundation on the subject of creating a safe and equitable workplace for all employees.​
