About Brooke Arrington

I have 10+ years of experience in brand management with a specialty in communications. Most recently, at Unilever, I\'ve led the brand team for Nexxus hair care including full ownership of the P&L, brand strategy, and brand campaign implementation. I did the same at TRESemme, but with a strong focus on the styling segment, overseeing our brand campaigns at New York Fashion Week and Project Runway! I began my career in PR/media relations, moving to community relations and digital strategy roles at Boeing. I served as a Chief of Staff for the Communications team at Boeing, a 300+ person group, before being promoted into a brand strategist role. After graduating with my MBA from Kellogg, I moved to Unilever where I\'m currently leading the styling business for TRESemme and public relations for the total brand. I have deep experience in crisis communications, media relations, asset creation, and budget management.
