Growing up with a passion for sports and being active, I have the opportunity to put my passion into work through my career in sports product design and development. With a background in Textile Engineering and a concentration in Product Engineering, I am educated on the steps from start to finish of manufacturing yarns, fabrics, and garments. In addition, I took courses in the Sports Science field that enable me to relate the physiology of exercise to develop a sports product to benefit the wearer. I have experience working in a small private company office, working on the manufacturing floor, and working in a large corporate setting.
