About Brook Sager
H! I\'m Brook! I have had my private practice for 20 years! I studied in Virginia in 2005 at a school that was a branch of the Edgar Cayce Foundation called Shenandoah valley school of therapeutic massage and bodywork. I graduated and got high scores on my national exam. My main modalities are Deep Tissue, Swedish and myofascial for chronic pain and injury. I have also attended workshops for polarity healing, traditional Chinese medicine, trigger point therapy, chakra balancing, pregnancy massage and I have received my license to practice hot stone massage and Hand and Foot Reflexology. More recently I have been working with the angels and the angelic realm. This has changed my work exponentially! I feel I am stepping into my truest calling of helping people more energetically by working with these angels. I have created a Gentle Energy Clearing Technique And I have been applying this technique and my chakra alignment work and work with the angels with almost every session now. I make each session unique and individual to the clients needs that day. My focus is primarily on pain management and complete recovery of chronic injury and pain through healing not only the physical body but the Emotional body too through angelic and shamanic healing, and chakra alchemy! Often, I combine all three! I have also worked in Recovery helping newly sober individuals feel better and pain free, also in chiropractic offices and have been the head therapist at two day spas and continue to help long lasting regular clients who see me weekly! Every massage experience brings you into alignment with your most balanced and vibrant self! I’ve recently rebranded to SOL! SOL is a culmination of my life’s work; integrating massage therapy, dance and nutrition into your daily life to experience an elevated lifestyle! Beyond the table is how I would describe this next experience I’m offering with SOL!
