I’m a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte with 3+ years of experience supporting operating model design, GTM strategy and growth initiatives for high impact engagements. My work centers on translating strategy into execution by building scalable operating models, improving cross-functional ways of working, introducing AI and automation and enabling data-driven decision-making across work-streams. I regularly partner with C-suite leaders to structure ambiguous problems, develop actionable recommendations and support implementation in fast-moving environments. My experience spans enterprise and high-growth contexts, with exposure to leadership-level decision-making, large-scale transformation efforts and initiatives where execution rigor and speed are critical. I am currently part of the team that proudly strategized, sold and is executing the second-largest of Deloitte’s client transformation projects. I bring a structured, analytical approach paired with strong stakeholder management to help organizations improve performance and scale effectively.
