Mr. Minx represents many of the major insurers seeking recovery through subrogation. He has handled over 500+ subrogation cases (reviewing claims for recovery) with many successful subrogation recoveries and multi-million-dollar settlements, with the most recent settling in 2019 for (see also his book SUBROGATION: From Loss to Verdict and his short legal treatise on drafting Reservation of Rights Letters). Mr. Minx has presented his continuing education course on subrogation to insurance company claims handlers, independent adjusters and lawyers, and spoken at conferences on the subject. Mr. Minx concentrates his experience in; plaintiff recovery thru subrogation and direct representation, insurance coverage analysis/opinions, and insurance liability defense. Mr. Minx graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering; he was a practicing engineer in the petrochemical industry (see Engineering Experience at ). He also holds a B.G.S. in Chemistry from the University of Kansas. He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
