With over 20 years in the construction industry, I bring a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set in project management, program management, and project controls. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in key areas such as CPM Scheduling, Business Intelligence, Earned Value Management, and Alternate Delivery methods, including Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CMAR, and more.I’ve had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects for private clients, as well as government agencies like USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, Caltrans, and various water utilities. My experience spans an array of sectors, including critical infrastructure, transportation (highways, rail, and airports), public utilities (water/wastewater), nuclear facilities, industrial manufacturing, aerospace, chip manufacturing, and mission-critical infrastructure, such as large-scale data centers for hyperscale companies, where precision and reliability are paramount. I am proficient in leading complex programs and schedules, particularly through tools such as Primavera P6, and managing multifaceted construction projects from inception to completion.Beyond my technical expertise, I have an extensive background in business leadership, where I’ve been responsible for budgeting, staffing, executing business plans, and driving business development initiatives.
