About Bronwen Marshall-Bass
I’m a staff product designer with 12+ years of experience turning messy, complex problems into simple, human experiences. The best design feels obvious in hindsight, but getting there takes real work.I’ve spent most of my career designing UX for products used by millions of people across edtech, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and mobile gaming. Right now I’m at Seesaw Learning, where I’ve led design on AI-powered messaging features, administrator data dashboards that contributed to $6M in ARR, and a core product redesign that drove a 14% lift in conversion.I’m a genuine generalist, equally comfortable leading discovery research, shaping product strategy, building design systems in Figma, running A/B tests, and getting into the details of interaction design across web and mobile. I love learning new tools (currently: Claude Code, Figma Make, Amplitude) and I get genuinely excited when a new capability opens up a design possibility that wasn’t there before. The work I care most about sits at the intersection of design and real-world impact. I want to design products that help people learn, access services they need, and navigate systems that were never built with them in mind. I’m particularly drawn to teams working in education, climate, civic tech, and social good, where the design decisions we make actually matter to people’s lives.Always happy to connect with fellow designers, product thinkers, and people building things that matter.
