As an investment consultant in the residential real estate industry, I have the responsibility of meeting with individuals who have expressed interest in either getting in to real estate investments or accumulating additional real estate investments and consulting with them to see how they might best utilize the assets they have obtained in order to accomplish their investment goals. By utilizing market knowledge in finance, debt service, lending and real estate that I\'ve obtained either through real estate investments of my own, or through my experience working in the real estate industry in a corporate role, I\'m able to strategically guide investors to know which investments they will be capable of handling comfortably, based on their past history with real estate and financial background, all while helping them accomplish their investment goals.
