WORK HISTORY
Law Clerk @Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C
Phoenix, AZ, US
I assist attorneys in preparing their cases to go to trial. At Burg Simpson, we approach every assignment with the understanding that the case may be decided in the courtroom, not just through settlement. I am involved in nearly every stage of the litigation process, from drafting documents to conducting a wide range of legal research to help build our case. I regularly draft demand letters, motions for summary judgment, initial disclosure statements, medical lien letters, and UM/UIM demands. Some of the legal topics I research includes ERISA lien enforcement, Daubert standards for expert testimony, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, medical diagnoses and procedures, and the state laws governing uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.I work on a diverse set of cases, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, sexual assault litigation involving juvenile rehabilitation centers, discrimination cases in healthcare settings, construction defect disputes, and products liability. Burg Simpson is client focused. We are good attorneys that try to change our clients lives.
