About Brody Smithwick
After working as a GED instructor and Chaplain for several years within the jail system, I began seeing radical change in many of the individuals that came through those programs. I founded Lion Life with my wife, Amy, hoping to see more of these students equipped to thrive in life. Lion Life is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which exists to offer educational services to the incarcerated and reintegrating population of North Georgia. Currently, Lion Life offers courses in General Education Diploma, English as a Second Language, Entrepreneurship, Continuing Education Preparation, Freedom from Addiction, Music, and Creative Writing.
