Manager - tasked with making all daily operations run smoothly. Handling employee scheduling and task management with upwards of 60 employees on-site at once. Creating future team building opportunities with large companies year round. Ensuring all customers meet their satisfaction every day and handling any problems that arise- Tour Guide - managing 2-3 two hour tours daily exploring the La Jolla Ecological Reserve. With ocean condition restrictions, I am tasked with the tours safety navigating our tour through waves, currents, and through caves. And of course your typical dad jokes along the way. I also lead and manage our Electric Bike Tours exploring the beautiful La Jolla coastline and neighborhoods- Sales Team - tasked with the sales of online, phone, email, and in-person reservations- Social Media Content Provider - I provide our social media content as well as weekly input on posts and content ideas.
