Average yearly spend of & trace purchase orders taking appropriate remedial action to ensure best possible delivery.Direct, manage, execute construction tenders/contract documents and processes.Direct, manage, oversee and audit corporate freight and courier requirements.Direct, manage, oversee and audit corporate customs for both import and export requirements.Continuous vendor communication.Continuous maintenance & improvements with external and internal customer base, services and software.Provision of assistance and direction to Buyer positions within the organization and the corporate end users of the Procurement process.Constant communication with the end users of Procurement\'s materials and services.Provision of directions and instructions to warehouse personnel.Ensure the purchasing process is conducted in a fair, open, ethical and transparent manner in accordance to corporate and provincial purchasing policies/directives. Existence of any free trade or interprovincial agreements to be considered.Identify opportunities to exercise and influence change leading to efficiency gains, soft and hard cost savings. Priority given to leveraging of improvements in processes, quality of products as well as services.Stay informed on industry specific products/services applicable to our company.
