Duties include creating programs that promote active living, health & wellness, and nutrition for children; recruiting, supervising, and mentoring staff, placement students, and volunteers; fostering safe, fun, and inclusive environments that support children’s growth and engagement; maintaining professional relationships with schools, community partners, and families; ensuring programs align with Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Sport After School Program Guidelines; and managing program logistics and budgets.
