I\'m a trainer, fixer, connector, and facilitator with a knack for making policies, processes, and procedures more effective and efficient. I continue to advocate for and champion programs that promote Veteran hiring and retention within all levels of government and private industry. Programs like the DoD SkillBridge and Operation Warfighter, and the various tracks within the VA\'s Veterans Readiness & Employment (VR & E) program.I have worked within the federal system, across agency boundaries and with federal senior partners to fix problems, provide training, and get #OneMoreVeteranHired. 500 times over. I retired from a 24 year US Army career in 2021, worked as a Federal Employee, and am now with a local Police Department.
