I am an experienced litigator dedicated to representing consumers, employees, and retirees in lawsuits against some of the country’s largest corporations, holding these companies accountable when they fail to deal fairly and honestly with their employees and customers. My recent focus has been on 401(k) litigation, where my cases have led to the recovery of millions of dollars in retirement benefits for thousands of participants in 401(k) plans across the country. My experience includes asserting claims for breach of fiduciary duty, consumer fraud, false advertising, unfair and deceptive business practices, and other employee- and consumer-rights litigation. I also have experience in complex business disputes involving claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and infringement of intellectual property rights. I have handled complex cases and class actions in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States, before various administrative agencies, and in arbitrations with and FINRA. I have also argued before both state and federal courts of appeal.
