I’m honored to lead Fields Roof Service as its fourth-generation owner, carrying forward a family business that has been rooted in Western Washington since 1957. Roofing, for me, has always been about more than projects — it’s about people, relationships, and trust built over time. I’ve grown up in this industry, worked across nearly every role, and learned that true leadership comes from rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your team. As I step into this chapter, my focus is simple: honor our history, support our people, and keep building the kind of trust with customers and partners that lasts for generations.
