As a Security Administrator and former Client Support Engineer, I have experience in providing 24/7 customer support for software used in hospitals across the US and UK. I have honed my troubleshooting skills for complex IT environments through log file, database, network, and system configuration analysis. My collaboration with various IT teams has ensured a smooth and efficient patient experience from admission to discharge, while maintaining patient confidentiality through best practices related to HIPPA and PII data.
