With over 10 years of experience in education, I am passionate about empowering educators and students with the skills and resources they need to succeed. As a Graduate Assistant at Alvernia University, I am pursuing my PhD in Leadership and conducting research on the impact of leadership development on teacher retention and student achievement. Previously, I have held various roles as a teacher, coach, professional developer, and assistant principal, working with diverse and underserved communities and schools.
