With over 20 years of proven success in Banking and Finance, I support over 175 retail banking teams across the country, bringing a decisive leadership style, a passion for service and an unwavering commitment to professional integrity.As an Assistant Vice President and PCS Strategy & Delivery Manager at U.S. Bank, I specialize in strategic advocacy - connecting people, processes and purpose to unlock growth. Our employees are my customers now, and I’m focused on delivering solutions that drive performance, elevate service and foster inclusive success.Throughout my career, I’ve held multiple board positions with nonprofit organizations, driven by my personal mission to serve and educate others, give back, and pay it forward.
