My career began in staffing at a start-up firm, where we built their recruiting strategy and led to a top-performing team, helping the firm grow 8.5 times in four short years. While I was there, I was integral to launching their national account strategy, securing new business within the high-tech and energy verticals, and successfully leading expansion efforts into new markets. After a successful run, I was excited to make the move to Kelly in 2016, managing Kelly’s IT search consultant team, bringing together executive-level candidates and excellent career opportunities. I subsequently transitioned into a National IT Recruiting and Sales Manager role, leading multiple expert Professional Technical teams. Aligned to our Science, Engineering, & Technology Business Unit, my team drives operational support via our Order Entry, Talent Care, & Onboarding and Screening teams. Constants through it all have been my high-energy approach to work and my unwavering dedication to the teams’ success. With infectious optimism and a challenger mentality, I am passionate about opportunities to change lives, inspire growth, and drive record-breaking results. I reside in Denver, CO, with my husband and two rambunctious kids. We enjoy all outdoor activities in our free time, including camping, boating, snowboarding, and hiking.
