API Setup and Testing: Utilize Postman to setup and test API connections to client systems. Client Configuration: Integrate clients from their source accounting systems to the TownSq database utilizing AWS Dynamo and SQS. L3 Support: Manage the L3 support queue, troubleshoot issue causes and either correct or escalate. Make data corrections, manually generate system messages, and identify primary as well as edge case scenarios. Script Creation: Create scripts to implement mass updates to via MongoSH. Support Liaison: Engage, lead and drive effective communication between support and dev teams. Documentation: Assist with the creation of documentation and communication of release notes and training materials. Training: Understand the various systems and data flow to effectively onboard new Platform Services Analysts.
