About Brittney Hughes

I’m now exploring new opportunities where I can bring my cross-functional expertise in Beauty Operations, Education, and Brand Strategy to the table. With a background spanning sales & education, training, retail marketing, and operations, I’m open to roles in Account Management, Field Sales, Education + Retail Excellence, and Brand or Project Management—particularly within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle-driven industries- I’m an Operations and Education leader with 7+ years of experience building smart, scalable systems in the beauty industry (across fragrance, skincare, and experiential retail). My superpower is bridging the behind-the-scenes structure that keeps a brand running, with the product expertise and storytelling that brings it to life. At CHANEL’s Atelier Beauté, I led end-to-end operations for a flagship brand experience space—managing inventory, vendor relationships, event logistics, budget tracking, and cross-functional partnerships. My role also supported fragrance and makeup education programming, private client activations, and service delivery. At The Ordinary, I delivered hands-on product training for Sephora and Ulta teams, helping to grow awareness and sales of The Ordinary and NIOD. I paired this educational focus with retail logistics and visual merchandising execution to support national campaigns and launches. I’m passionate about how beauty works—from both the consumer and brand perspective. I thrive when I’m building systems that empower people, whether it’s internal teams, store staff, or the clients they serve. I’m looking to continue supporting beauty brands that value cross-functional leadership, customer education, and operational clarity— because beautiful things happen when systems and storytelling align!
