ABOUT BRITTNEY MARIE BARSOTTI
I serve as General Counsel for the California News Publishers Association. I have gained professional experience in first amendment law and advocacy with the California News Publishers Association and during my time at McGeorge School of Law in their Capitol Lawyering Concentration. Proud Alumni of SF State\'s Journalism Department with a minor in criminal justice. I also spent a year of public service as an AmeriCorps member with California\'s First 5. I work with a variety of stakeholders and other groups in my legal and advocacy objectives. Outside of law, you can find me cooking, playing softball, or traveling. My love of learning will never be limited, I\'m open to opportunities that expose me to new and diverse topics.
