Develop and execute cross-cultural initiatives focused on student success, retention, and holistic development for ethnically and culturally diverse student populations, including international students- Assess and report student engagement and retention metrics, advising on actionable steps to improve retention among students of color- Partner with campus departments to design and implement retention strategies and orientation programs for underrepresented student groups- Oversee Center for Reconciliation and Diversity (CRD) programming and intercultural events- Coordinate professional development and training for student leaders within Ethnic Organizations, facilitating growth in multicultural competencies- Provide mentoring and resource support to students, especially students of color, addressing academic, personal, and spiritual development needs- Lead, mentor, and supervise student staff, including interns, graduate assistants, and leaders of ethnic organizations, to support programmatic and cultural events- Spearhead Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) marketing campaigns, managing the CRD website and social media channels to enhance program visibility and student engagement.
