ABOUT BRITTNEY BOOLOOTIAN

With over 15 years of experience across business and financial operations, as well as training development, I advise executive leaders and business partners in creating programs that align with their organizational vision and mission. As an analytical and critical thinker, I glean novel insights from data to build comprehensive reports that enable business leaders to make informed decisions. At PG & E, where I am a Principal Electric Program Manager for T&S Engineering, I served as a critical partner in launching our Engineer-In-Training (EIT) program. The program provides over 200 Transmission and Substation engineers with an 18-month curriculum that includes instructor-led courses and on-the-job training and experience. Additionally, it helps our engineers master the skills to confidently perform their jobs and grow as professionals in their field. My passion for uniting people toward a common vision and supporting job satisfaction has led me down a career path in managing training programs that expand career development and performance. For instance, I designed a standardized onboarding process that introduces new engineers to their mentors, supervisors, and leaders and ensures they are equipped with the resources and tools to easily transition into both their job and the program. Ultimately, the new training program has improved employee satisfaction and engagement while simultaneously achieving our productivity and performance initiatives. My leadership approach is rooted in the principles of servant leadership, and I employ a personalized strategy to foster enduring relationships that inspire teams toward achieving common goals. Through active engagement, I identify team members\' aspirations and unique challenges and leverage a collaborative approach to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
