Brittney is a marketing professional and strategic partner with a passion for fueling customer and business growth. She specializes in turning complex business problems into data driven solutions and crafting her findings into engaging stories that resonates with clients from junior roles all the way up to the c-suite. Within her former role at Kantar, she researched and produced content focused on diverse high-growth segments – including Black Americans, Hispanics, Asian Americans, LGBTQ+, and PWD. Her work had a strong emphasis on the values, lived experiences, and behaviors of people within Black communities, and provided tangible recommendations on how brands can better understand Black culture and connect with Black Americans.Before joining Kantar, she worked in loyalty marketing consulting brands on how to nurture their customers into becoming their advocates. Through quantitative research, qualitative research, trend analysis, segmentation, and financial modeling, she designed profitable loyalty programs for Aimia\'s SasS platform that increased customer engagement throughout key touchpoints of the customer journey.Brittney also has experience working in shopper marketing, category management, optimizing the inventory supply chain for beauty and cosmetics categories for Target Corporation, and teaching Microeconomics courses as a supplemental instructor at the University of Arkansas.
