ABOUT BRITTANY KIRK
I have a proficient understanding of recruitment practices, diversity in the workplace, training and development processes, and employment and labour legislation through my post-grad certificate in HR Management. I was able to maintain a 4.0 GPA throughout and I have obtained my CHRP designation, working towards my CHRL designation. I majored in Criminal Justice and Public Policy in University and minored in Family and Child Studies, graduating with distinction. I also have two semesters of volunteer experience with the Campus Community Police at the University of Guelph, which allowed me to work in fast-paced environments with confidential and sensitive information. I have over six years of practical work experience at The Keg in both Guelph and London as a busser, hostess, flex server, and floor walker.
